Kbal Bor Huy Waterfall/Kbal Damrey Waterfall.
This is another one of the many pristine waterfalls amongst many others in Pailin. It is about 8km from Memoria Palace & Resort when walking. You trek up and down a hill’s trail passing through corn and cassava fields, and Kino tree forests. Trekking is not difficult. You walk off the beaten track along natural vegetation ambiance with agro-activities, flagrances of flora, and birds and cicadas singing making your journey full of reminiscence and relaxation.
Kbal Damrey waterfall is an unspoilt nature and wildlife preservation site. This waterfall has 3 tiers. Each tier has its own belonging and sensitivity. The first tier is like a curtain flow. The second tier is about 3 meters high, while the third tier is full of many butterflies. You can bath on each level of the waterfall.
You can visit and enjoy this waterfall from August to February every year. The best time to visit is from September to November. The waterfall features beautiful scenery surrounded by wonderful vistas of the mountains around Pailin. Visitors can enjoy a pristine natural environment in a secluded, serene area with unspoilt and untouched clear waterf. Be ready with your camera for amazing landscapes, waterfalls, and sometimes you can spot many different species of birds and other wildlife too.
